Designed for You. Never Made Twice

Every project begins with an idea. Before a single stitch is made, we spend time getting to know you — your story, your style, your stage. Our Creative Direction Fee covers that process: the concepting, the sketching, the sourcing, and the vision-building that makes every Dixon and Jack piece unmistakably yours.

This fee is separate from your project total and is required to begin work. It reflects the time, training, and care that goes into designing something truly one of a kind.

Why We Charge a Design Fee

Design is where every Dixon and Jack piece is born. Long before our machines begin to move, we've already spent hours inside your project — researching, sketching, refining, and building a creative vision that is entirely your own.

If a project doesn't move forward for any reason, that work has still happened. Our Creative Direction Fee ensures that our time and expertise are honored regardless of outcome — and that every client who comes to us receives our full attention and care from the very first conversation.

We believe good design is worth protecting. And we think you will too.
